About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager (Saudi National) to join our organization in Riyadh. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and local building codes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced construction environment.

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to optimize resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor progress against established milestones
  • Supervise on-site operations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
  • Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting professional development
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and local construction requirements
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and government authorities to address concerns and facilitate project success
  • Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What do we need from you

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction management or site management on large-scale projects
  • Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budget management
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and local construction practices
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management software, CAD applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction safety standards and risk management protocols
  • Familiarity with Vision 2030 initiatives and sustainable construction practices (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred)
  • OSHA or equivalent safety certification (preferred)
  • Saudi National status (required)
