We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications Stakeholder Lead to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders across our organization.
Responsible for the Stakeholder coordination and communication required to maintain and operate the Communications network.
- Focal point for Communications network stakeholders
- Coordination with Kahramaa for power supply related activities
- Coordination with QNBN for fibre optic network related activities
- Coordination with zonal and strategic highways framework contractors for emergency repairs relating to communications equipment
- Coordination of the necessary RO permits and TDPs required for Communications related maintenance
- Coordination with third parties carrying out works which may impact communications network equipment.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support organizational goals and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, employees, media, and community partners
- Lead the creation and dissemination of high-quality, impactful communications across various channels
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in communications or public relations, with a focus on stakeholder management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Expertise in crisis communication and reputation management
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting for communication effectiveness
- Experience with social media management and digital communication platforms
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Knowledge of corporate communications best practices and industry trends
