    About the Role

    We are seeking a visionary and experienced Commercial Director to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy, maximizing profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth in our dynamic market.

    • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the organization's objective

    • Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors

    • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project commercial and contractual risks.
    • Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial efficiency
    • Promote collaboration between the commercial team and other departments such as engineering, project management, and procurement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, other stakeholders, and internal team represent the company in key negotiations and dispute resolutions
    • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant laws
    • Prepare regular reports on commercial and contractual activities for senior management.

    What do we need from you

    • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
    • Minimum of 20 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the industry
    • Proven track record in managing mixed-use development projects and PMO/PMC initiatives
    • MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent professional certification
    • Comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and FIDIC contracts
    • Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in handling prime contracts
    • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage and mentor teams
    • Strategic planning and business development expertise
    • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in commercial software and project management tools
    • Experience working in the Middle East market is highly desirable
    • Willingness to travel as required for business needs
