About the Role
We are seeking a CNS/ATM Associate to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complex Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support CNS/ATM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CNS/ATM systems
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNS/ATM projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proven expertise in CNS/ATM systems and technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA)
- Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in AutoCAD and GIS
- Experience in Fast Time Simulation Modelling Tools (Airtop, TAAM, Cast etc)
