We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane. You will be part of the engineering, design and project management team within the Urban Development service line of Egis, working closely with everyone to deliver a range of resilient communities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Urban Development projects across all phases with guidance from a Senior Engineer.
- Develop masterplan layouts and collaborate with clients, planners, and consultants.
- Write Engineering Service Reports and respond to RFIs.
- Oversee detailed design under RPEQ guidance.
- Make submissions to Council and prepare tender documentation for contractors.
- Administer civil construction contracts as the Superintendent.
- Attend site meetings and conduct hold point inspections.
- A bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years’ experience working in Urban Development
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Strong background within Urban Development or similar field
