About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an Emirati national, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development and implementation of various civil engineering projects across the UAE.
- Design and develop civil engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports for infrastructure projects
- Perform complex calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity and compliance with local building codes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government officials
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control
- Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable engineering practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering projects within the UAE
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction industry standards
- Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with local environmental regulations and sustainability practices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- UAE national (Emirati) status is required for this position
