About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Drafter to join our Urban Development team based in Sydney. 

In this role, you’ll support the design and documentation of subdivision, infrastructure and civil projects, working closely with engineers and designers. You’ll use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce high-quality technical drawings and plans that meet client and council standards, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across a range of development projects.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, applying your drafting knowledge to help shape better urban outcomes.


What do we need from you

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a similar drafting role
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit; experience with Civil 3D highly regarded

  • Experience in subdivision and infrastructure drafting

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

  • Ability to interpret instructions, engineering designs and specifications

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with council standards and statutory requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and contribute to project documentation
