We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Carpenter in our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating, installing, and repairing various wooden structures and fixtures for both residential and commercial projects, including potential work on high-rise buildings and luxury properties common in Dubai.

• •    Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  •    Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
  •    Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
  •    Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
  •    Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
  •    Provide excellent customer service.
  •    Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
  •    Ability to prepare and install formworks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a carpenter in similar projects
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and best practices
• Proficiency in using various carpentry tools, machines, and equipment
• Strong understanding of local building codes and safety regulations in Dubai
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, climb, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions
• Valid work permit for Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with a diverse workforce
• Knowledge of local construction practices and standards in Dubai
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting project deadlines efficiently
