We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized CAFM Operator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and operating our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to ensure efficient facility operations, accurate data management, and optimal space utilization across our organization.
- Operate and maintain CAFM software systems to support daily facility management operations
- Input, update, and manage facility data including space allocations, asset information, and occupancy details
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics on space utilization, maintenance activities, and facility performance
- Process and track work orders, maintenance requests, and service tickets through the CAFM system
- Coordinate space planning activities and maintain accurate floor plans and space inventories
- Monitor and update asset registers, including equipment locations, specifications, and maintenance schedules
- Support facility management team with data analysis and system troubleshooting
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all CAFM modules and databases
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new CAFM features
- Provide technical support and training to end users on CAFM system functionality
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards and facility management best practices
- Proven experience operating CAFM software systems such as IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus, FM:Systems, or similar platforms
- Strong background in facility management operations and principles
- Proficiency in data entry, database management, and data analysis techniques
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and reporting
- Experience with work order management and maintenance scheduling systems
- Knowledge of space planning, asset management, and occupancy tracking processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with various departments and stakeholders
- Technical aptitude for learning new software applications and system updates
- Experience in report generation and data visualization tools
- Understanding of facility management standards and best practices
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in technical support or system administration roles preferred
