We are seeking a skilled CAFM Engineer to join our Project Management Office (PMO) focused on urban planning initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role combines technical expertise in Computer-Aided Facility Management systems with strategic urban planning project coordination to support our organization's infrastructure development goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain CAFM systems to support urban planning and facility management operations
- Coordinate with PMO teams to ensure seamless integration of facility management data into urban planning projects
- Analyze spatial data and generate comprehensive reports for urban development initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for CAFM processes and urban planning workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, planners, and project managers to optimize facility utilization
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with urban planning standards and regulations
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance for CAFM applications and data integrity
- Provide technical support and training to team members on CAFM tools and methodologies
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing facility management processes and systems
- Ensure all projects align with local Riyadh municipal regulations and Saudi Arabian building standards
- Proven experience with CAFM software platforms such as AutoCAD FM, Archibus, IBM TRIRIGA, or similar systems
- Strong background in urban planning projects and facility management principles
- Proficiency in GIS systems and spatial data analysis tools
- Experience working within PMO environments and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of technical documentation standards and reporting procedures
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and municipal planning requirements
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex technical projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and system optimization
- Experience in system implementation, testing, and user training
- Proficiency in database management and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of sustainable facility management practices and smart city technologies
- Understanding of construction and infrastructure development processes
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations
- Experience with project scheduling and resource management tools
