About the Role
We are looking for motivated Cadet Drafters to join our Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast.
This role is ideal for someone who is currently studying, or has recently completed, a qualification in civil engineering or drafting and is looking to gain hands-on industry experience.
Working under the guidance of Senior Drafters and Engineers, you will develop your technical drafting skills while supporting the delivery of a variety of civil and urban development projects.
What do we need from you
- Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or a related qualification
- Basic understanding of drafting principles and civil engineering drawings
- Exposure to AutoCAD (experience with Revit or other CAD software is beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and interest in developing a career in civil drafting or design
