About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Industrial, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and positioning Egis for long-term market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts, supporting revenue growth across the Energy, Industrial, Infrastructure, and Transportation sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders, positioning Egis as a trusted partner for complex projects.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities to identify growth areas and strengthen Egis' market presence.

  • Lead and support business pursuits, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, client presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.

  • Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and proposal teams to develop competitive solutions and successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Represent Egis at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand relationships and generate new business opportunities.

  • Manage and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand client relationships and promote cross-selling across Egis' service portfolio.

 


What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Business Development, Sales, or Commercial experience.
  • Experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Engineering Consulting, or Industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and managing key client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Preferred

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Established network within the Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial markets.
  • Experience working in multinational environments.
