About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, leveraging your technical expertise to drive growth and innovation within our organisation.

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand our market presence in Egypt.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients, partners, and growth opportunities
  • Utilise your engineering knowledge to provide technical insights and solutions to clients
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Analyse data and market trends to inform business decisions and strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies

What do we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the engineering or technical industry
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business development strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
