As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving these visionary projects forward, focusing on the strategic and technical aspects that lay the foundation for successful developments.
Purpose:
Responsible for assessing operational risks and developing, reviewing, and validating business continuity plans. The role applies probabilistic risk modeling and Monte Carlo simulations to test critical scenarios, quantify uncertainty, and support evidence based decision making in line with recognized risk and continuity standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess operational risks across technical systems within industrial cities.
- Developing, reviewing, and updating risk registers and business continuity plans.
- Prepare and maintain risk and continuity records, plans, and supporting documentation.
- Apply ISO 31000 and COSO ERM principles across technical systems within industrial cities under senior guidance.
- Support and carryout business impact analysis activities.
- Conduct scenario analysis, walkthroughs, and tabletop exercises.
- Support practical training and awareness sessions related to risk and continuity.
- Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to ensure consistency and completeness of records.
Required experience:
- More than 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in assessing operational risks for infrastructure technical systems like Electrical, Water and Roads' network within industrial cities.
- Experience in preparing risk registers and business continuity plans.
- Exposure to scenario based exercises and practical training activities.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of ISO 31000 and COSO ERM frameworks.
- Working knowledge of ISO 22301 for business continuity.
- Ability to support structured risk and continuity analysis.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
