As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving these visionary projects forward, focusing on the strategic and technical aspects that lay the foundation for successful developments.
Purpose:
Responsible for assessing corporate and operational risks and developing, reviewing, and validating business continuity plans. The role applies probabilistic risk modeling and Monte Carlo simulations to test critical scenarios, quantify uncertainty, and support evidence based decision making in line with recognized risk and continuity standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess corporate and operational risks across business and support functions.
- Develop, review, and update risk registers and business continuity plans.
- Prepare structured risk and continuity records, plans, and reports.
- Apply ISO 31000 and COSO ERM principles across all assessments.
- Conduct scenario analysis and tabletop exercises.
- Apply probabilistic modeling, including Monte Carlo simulation, for critical scenarios.
- Validate assumptions, recovery strategies, and impact assessments.
- Support risk and continuity awareness and practical training activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent risk scoring and controls.
Required Experience:
- More than 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in corporate and operational risk assessment.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing risk registers and business continuity plans.
- Experience in scenario based analysis and exercises.
- Practical experience in probabilistic modeling and Monte Carlo simulations.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 31000 and COSO ERM frameworks.
- Working knowledge of ISO 22301 for business continuity.
- Capability in quantitative risk analysis and probabilistic modeling.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
