To support the delivery of BIM-enabled design projects by managing model federation, clash detection, issue tracking, and BIM QA/QC processes. To ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of BIM data with project standards, LOD/LOI, EIR, and AIR requirements. To collaborate with BIM Leads, BIM Managers, and project teams in resolving clashes and data inconsistencies, while maintaining project information on the ACC platform. To prepare reports, dashboards, and milestone submissions that keep supervisors and team members updated on BIM progress. This role requires proactive coordination with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the successful delivery of projects within scope, deadlines, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project models on the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform.
- Prepare and maintain the federated model for multidisciplinary coordination.
- Develop the clash matrix and perform clash detection in Navisworks Manage.
- Review, approve, and classify clashes according to project criteria.
- Generate clash issue viewpoints in Navisworks and track them in ACC Issue Management.
- Prepare detailed clash analysis and ACC issue reports, integrating data into Power BI dashboards.
- Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with LOD/LOI, EIR, and AIR requirements.
- Conduct model validation checks using Revit Model Checker and prepare model health reports, integrated into Power BI.
- Assist in preparing and uploading milestone BIM submissions on the ACC platform.
- Maintain and update the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) register.
- Understanding of Revit parameters, Cobie extraction and shared coordinate systems.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to resolve clashes, model errors, and data inconsistencies.
- Support the development of BIM templates, QA checklists, and family libraries as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 6–8 years of proven BIM/Revit experience with strong Navisworks Manage expertise.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, LOD).
- Hands-on experience with ACC, BIM360, Aconex, or other CDE platforms.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Power BI, and model validation tools.
- Knowledge of model federation, clash detection, QA/QC workflows, and data validation.
- Experience preparing BIM submission deliverables and compliance documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
