About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler – HVAC with 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial and/or airport projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed HVAC BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that drawings and models comply with project standards and requirements.

  • Develop detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit MEP and other relevant BIM software.
  • Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, equipment, and associated MEP services models.
  • Coordinate HVAC models with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting disciplines.
  • Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, sections, schedules, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure BIM models are developed in accordance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans, and relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, BIM coordinators, architects, and other project stakeholders.
  • Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain model integrity and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

 


What do we need from you

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC BIM modeling.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, equipment, and MEP coordination.
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial projects and/or airport projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
