About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Electrical to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in developing comprehensive electrical BIM models that drive project success. You'll collaborate seamlessly with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to deliver innovative, clash-free designs while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality.   • Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and related software, ensuring compliance with Indian electrical standards and project specifications
  • Create 2D schematics and single-line diagrams with precision and clarity
  • Generate comprehensive construction drawings from BIM models for seamless project execution
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design clashes and conflicts proactively
  • Perform clash detection and interface coordination using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Prepare detailed electrical layouts encompassing power distribution, lighting systems, cable routing, and containment solutions
  • Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, project requirements, and established BIM standards
  • Support design teams with timely model updates and technical clarifications to maintain project momentum
  • Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and coordination drawings for procurement and construction phases
  • Meet project deadlines consistently while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support the BIM management team in delivering high-quality digital outputs and facilitating seamless information sharing across discipline teams
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the MEP content library to enhance team efficiency
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

What do we need from you

  • Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in BIM electrical modeling on complex projects
  • Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revizto for electrical system modeling
  • Demonstrated experience working on collaborative platforms and Common Data Environments (CDE), particularly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, Indian electrical codes and standards, and comprehensive BIM workflows
  • Proven expertise in clash detection, coordination drawings, and interdisciplinary design coordination
  • Solid understanding of power distribution systems, lighting design, cable management, and electrical containment systems
  • Experience with quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex design challenges
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated capability to mentor and support junior team members
  • Proficiency in time management with a proven track record of meeting project deadlines
  • Preferred: Experience on projects within the Indian market or South Asian region
