The BIM Manager should possess a strong background in working with various BIM software applications and should be well-versed in the intricacies of BIM implementation across diverse construction projects.
- Implement BIM technologies on large-scale construction projects in accordance with ISO 19650.
- Develop and implement BIM Standards, procedures, and best practices to meet the project's deadlines and deliverables.
- Chairing onboard (BIM kick-off) meetings with newly awarded consultants and contractors
- Manage a team of technical resources to execute and deliver BIM projects.
- Collaborate with the R&D division to design and develop new software tools to optimize workflows and increase project performance and profitability.
- Reporting the status of BIM processes on projects to the client on an ongoing basis using an integrated dashboard.
- Validating digital submission in accordance with the client procedures.
- Monitoring BIM model quality and accuracy, ensuring that models meet project requirements.
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- ISO 19650, Autodesk Navisworks, and Revit Certifications
