We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Landscape Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing precise plans, technical details, and documentation, with a deep understanding of BIM processes. This role requires a collaborative team player who is dedicated, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality landscape architecture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage BIM models for landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction.
Produce accurate technical drawings, plans, sections, and detailed documentation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design and technical integration.
Maintain BIM standards and ensure consistency across project deliverables.
Support project teams with technical problem-solving and innovative design solutions.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and sustainability goals.
Contribute to design reviews, quality control, and continuous improvement of workflows.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or similar) and related software.
Strong knowledge of landscape construction details, planting design, grading, and technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with dedication and commitment.
