Role Overview

BIM delivery for technical rooms (power rooms, UPS, ELV/ICT rooms), depot support buildings, and rail systems interfaces ensuring buildable coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Model electrical/ELV/service room layouts and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Integrate vendor equipment footprints and clearances where applicable.
• Support coordination with security, telecom, OCC interfaces and authority reviews.
• Maintain model QA and interface registers; support construction queries.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services.
• 10 years MEP BIM delivery on complex operational facilities.
• Experience with LOD 300/350, coordination, and CDE-controlled deliverables.

Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Revit, Navisworks, ACC/ProjectWise.
