Role Overview

Develop coordinated BIM models for station/tunnel MEP systems to support LOD progression, coordination, quantities, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Model HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and coordination interfaces in Revit.
• Run clash detection and support coordination workshops with all disciplines.
• Extract drawings/schedules and support procurement MTO/BOQ from the model.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, naming, and model QA checklists.
• Maintain models and packages in ACC/ProjectWise through controlled workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services (or related).
• 10 years in MEP BIM on stations/airports/large buildings/transport hubs.
• Familiarity with codes interface (ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC) and constructability practices.
• Proven experience delivering LOD 300→350 (and vendor integration preferred).

Software

Revit MEP, Navisworks, ACC/ProjectWise (ETAP/Dialux exposure preferred).
