We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator specializing in Public Health to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this pivotal role, you will champion Building Information Modeling (BIM) excellence across public health infrastructure projects, fostering seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. - Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive BIM execution plans tailored to public health projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to establish and enforce consistent BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across all project phases
- Perform detailed clash detection and systematically resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, MEP, and other building systems to optimize constructability
- Create, manage, and coordinate federated BIM models for public health facilities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for all team members
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to analyze design alternatives and recommend solutions that enhance both design quality and construction efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, healthcare regulations, and standards specific to public health infrastructure (including NABH and other relevant certifications)
- Provide comprehensive technical support, training, and mentoring to project team members on BIM software, tools, and industry best practices
- Generate detailed reports, visualizations, and presentations that effectively communicate BIM-related information, progress, and insights to project stakeholders and leadership
- Manage stakeholder communications regarding BIM deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements with transparency and professionalism
- Stay proactively updated on emerging BIM technologies, software advancements, and industry trends in public health infrastructure to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain BIM documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow guidelines for organizational consistency and knowledge transfer
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in BIM coordination, with demonstrated expertise in public health or healthcare facility projects
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software platforms, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with proven ability to develop complex models
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and their applications within healthcare facility environments
- Demonstrated expertise in clash detection, analysis, and resolution methodologies
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards applicable to public health infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a detail-oriented approach to quality assurance
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency
- Proficiency in generating technical reports, presentations, and visual documentation for stakeholder communication
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) certification or equivalent BIM industry certification
- Hands-on experience in healthcare facility design, construction, and project delivery
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and facility planning requirements (NABH, ASHRAE, etc.)
- Experience developing BIM standards, protocols, and training programs for organizational implementation
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative platforms
- Background in mentoring and training team members on BIM technologies and methodologies
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic project environments with evolving requirements
