BIM Architect

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts that integrate seamlessly with the overall architectural design.
• Attend client meetings and coordination to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop creative and functional space plans, considering traffic flow, furniture layout, and functionality.
• Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and reflected
• Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of architectural.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
