Forming part of the Shared Services team, the role of the Business Support Administrator will be to support the wider finance team with expenses claims, Payroll submissions, invoicing, and reviewing outstanding invoices etc.

Responsibilities:
Tender Submissions
- Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, including expression of interest, pre-qualifications and request for proposals;
- Provide support on complex proposal and presentation documents - from information sourcing, editing, collating CVs, and image manipulation to collation of final product;
- Responsible for submission coordination and preparation;
- Keep track of client and consultant contact database;
- Maintain and update the Company’s extensive electronic database of tender submissions and frequently-used key submission information;
- Ensure opportunity and reporting data is tracked periodically on the CRM system.
General
- Communicate with the project team to source project images and data regularly to ensure marketing collaterals are kept up-to-date;
- Provide general overall administration and organisation for the team’s tasks, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner;
- Carry out other duties which are consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the role as required
All candidates must have:
- Degree holder or above from a recognised university;
- 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience in the construction, engineering, architecture, interior design or real estate-related industry;
- Good business sense with diligent numeracy skills;
- Prepare and maintain marketing collaterals (project sheets, brochures) and develop custom PowerPoint decks for client presentations;
- Strategic thinking, with the capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines;
- Working knowledge with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office packages is highly desirable;
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
