Bid Coordinator

We are 10 Design, (part of Egis’ Architecture Line), a dynamic and innovative architecture and master planning practice. With over 400 architects and designers strategically located across three regional headquarters in London, Hong Kong, and San Francisco, as well as six additional studios in key global markets.

We design and deliver projects at all scales and complexities. We are currently seeking to appoint a Bid Coordinator to join our office in Singapore. If you have the required competencies and are passionate about working in a dynamic international architectural design practice, we would love to hear from you.

All candidates must have:

• Degree holder or above from a recognised university;
• 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience in the construction, engineering, architecture, interior design or real estate-related industry;
• Good business sense with diligent numeracy skills;
• Prepare and maintain marketing collaterals (project sheets, brochures) and develop custom PowerPoint decks for client presentations;
• Strategic thinking, with the capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines;
• Working knowledge with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office packages is highly desirable;
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
