About the Role

  • Oversee the full tender process, from initial invitation through to final award, ensuring coordination across all phases with technical leads to ensure the completion of bid deliverables.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders to embed a winning strategy and foster a commitment to excellence in all tender submissions.
  • Coordinate and refine technical contributions, crafting detailed methodologies alongside specialist teams to enhance bid quality.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of all tender documentation, including Expressions of Interest (EOI), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), and final submissions, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Work closely with the business development team to consolidate essential data and documentation, streamlining the bid preparation process.
  • Manage and enhance tender materials and resources, adopting a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Champion the company’s brand and values, ensuring they are prominently represented in all tender activities and communications.
  • Promote the brand and way of working in everything we do.

What do we need from you

  • Proven background in bid administration, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects efficiently.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in utilising client management systems effectively.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within dynamic team settings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and persuasive bid submissions.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East region is beneficial, providing valuable insights into regional market dynamics.
