About the Role
On behalf of the client, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations like CP1 (IR 2021/116) or ATS regulations (IR 2017/373). Depending on the needs, your tasks will be to:
- Monitor the international, European and Belgian regulations
- Review and comment the on-going regulations on behalf of the client
- Identify impacts of regulatory changes on the client’s organisation, services and systems
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance roadmaps
- Monitor and coordinate ongoing initiatives
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of the compliance efforts
- Manage the compliance matrices
- Report to our client’s C-level management
- Manage risks and develop mitigation plans as needed
Because an effective communication is a key aspect of this mission you will need to engage and convince stakeholders, as well as foster collaboration across teams. Your proactivity is essential to anticipate challenges and facilitate progress.

What do we need from you
Candidate requirements are:
- Degree qualified in aviation disciplines.
- Prior experience in working within aviation (ATS, ATM, AIS domains).
- Knowledge of ATM and ATS regulation at international, European and national levels, their structure and the European rulemaking processes
- Familiarity or prior experience working in a management consulting or project / programme management background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English
Nice to have:
- Very good spoken and written skills in French and/or Dutch
- Knowledge of the Common Project 1 (CP1) regulation (Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/116).
- Technical knowledge of one or several CP1 ATM functionalities (AFs)
