Business Development Role
- Begin acquiring new business and developing client relationships, with annual targets to be agreed upon.
- Act as an ambassador for the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and architects.
- Represent Egat during new project interviews.
- Participate in the overall marketing of the practice.
Project Role
- Manage all aspects of a project portfolio as a Project Manager, in collaboration with a Project Director or Associate Director on major/complex projects, or as a Project Engineer.

Company Role
- Hold regular team meetings and lead a team of engineers alongside an associate, including:
- Motivating and developing the team
- Managing day-to-day work and team profitability
- Resource planning and management
- Training and guiding engineers and design teams
- Applying health & safety, quality, and training policies
- Conducting six-month performance reviews for team members
- Understanding the company’s business plan, mission statement, and key challenges
- Managing a team of 12-15 members
- Contributing to the strategic direction and development of company procedures through active participation in task groups
Engineering Function
- Agree on design philosophy and fundamentals.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables produced by the team regularly.
- Demonstrate overall technical competence.
- Possess expertise in concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk assessment, and claim assessment.
- Prepare drawings, calculations, and models while reviewing documents prepared by team members.
- Have in-depth knowledge of analytical concepts.
- Be proficient in CAD standards and 3D working.
HSEQ Responsibilities
- Understand, implement, and follow WME HSEQ policies.
- Implement and coordinate HSEQ procedures within the workplace.
- Report any HSEQ incidents immediately to WME HSEQ Department and legal authorities when required.
- Follow Client/Contractor HSEQ requirements and complete site inductions before mobilizing to sites.

Typically, a minimum of 14+ years of experience in the relevant field, with qualifications as a Graduate/Chartered Engineer. A proven track record as a Senior Project Engineer across multiple projects.
