About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate engineer to become a key part of our Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast. As an Associate Engineer, you'll take charge of a talented group of Engineers, steering them towards delivering outstanding results for a wide array of Clients. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you'll play an essential role in nurturing client relationships and driving business growth throughout the region.

What do we need from you

  • A bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years’ experience working in Urban Development
  • CPEng status and RPEQ
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities.
  • Experience in successfully managing projects meeting Client objectives
  • Strong project management skills including managing budgets, maintaining quality and delivering on time.
  • Strong background in Urban Development or similar.
