As an Associate within our Infrastructure Team, you will play a key role in delivering complex Infrastructure projects and maintaining high standards of quality. You will collaborate with senior team members, provide technical input, and help ensure the smooth execution of multiple Infrastructure projects.
- To provide technical and project management leadership to support the project team in successful delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
- Able to effectively partake and furnish comprehensive insights for project tendering and proficiently handle commercial administration encompassing resource allocation. Able to represent the practice at project level. Demonstrate ability to take responsibility for projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior engineers and project team members.
- Develop innovative and sustainable solutions for infrastructure project challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local and international design standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in supporting project audits.
- Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- Conduct technical and quality reviews of projects, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Have knowledge of analytical concepts.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willings to adopt new technologies in the Infrastructure Design.
- Be detail oriented and organized while being able to multitask and shift priorities with ease.
- Guidance to the team for a clash free BIM Model
Typically, a minimum of 18 years of experience in the relevant field is required. A Post graduate qualification is necessary, along with a proven track record as a Project Lead/Manager on multiple projects.
Should have experience on the below design elements:
- Etap modelling.
- Dialux street lighting calculation.
- Master plan MV network design.
- Masterplan LV network design.
- Street lighting Design.
- Report preparation.
- Leadership and management skill set.
- Pumpstation MEP design.
