General Requirements
1. Possess 7-10 years of experience and know-how of aviation sector / aviation authority activities
2. Have strategic bent of mind and alignment, good problem-solving skills and forward-thinking approach
3. Have strong and clear concepts of project management
4. Have ability to be agile, flexible with client / customer service mind set
5. Possess good communication skills and people skills / teamwork, good technical skills in MS office
6. Professional fluency in Arabic is preferred
Technical Requirements
1. Possess strong understanding of aviation sector performance KPI / review of progress of work of department
2. Conduct regular meetings with technical departments (ANSP, Regulatory) to chase progress on strategic initiatives, support in resolving any technical questions / queries etc.
3. Continuously review the strategic and operations KPIs, suggest to update / add or remove KPIs based on the evolving business or regulatory conditions
4. Focus on technical / business department strategic initiative implementation
5. Ability to work closely with strategic initiative champions and develop scope of work for strategic initiatives (technical initiatives, business departments)
6. Support in development of periodic (monthly, quarterly) strategy and operations MIS reports
- Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) from top-tier university.
