As the Advisory Lead – NSW, you will take on a leadership role within our Advisory team, working across a broad range of sectors, including Government Advisory, Project Planning & Development, New Zealand & Pacific, Programme Delivery & Procurement, Integrated Asset Planning, and Defence & Aviation.
In this role, you will:
Lead and grow the Advisory team in NSW, fostering collaboration across business units.
Bring your expertise in one or more of the key advisory areas to drive project success and develop new business opportunities.
Deliver high-quality advisory services to clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and experience.
Identify and pursue new work opportunities, leveraging your industry network to generate business growth.
Provide strategic advice to clients and internal teams, ensuring best practice and innovative solutions.
Support and mentor team members, building capability and knowledge across the team.
Strong experience (10 + years) in one or more of the key advisory areas (Government Advisory, Project Planning & Development, New Zealand & Pacific, Programme Delivery & Procurement, Integrated Asset Planning, Defence & Aviation).
Proven ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, planning, business, or related disciplines.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
