About the Role

Administration:

  • Working within the team to assist Management and engineering staff with non-project and project (see below) related tasks.
  • Contributing to the team, by facilitating re-distribution of tasks to manage workload within the team.
  • Caretaking of Dublin Office environment, with oversight of office maintenance contractor, supplier deliveries, Visitors.
  • Reception duties (for leave cover).

Project Support:

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and contracts.
  • Ensure all documents are stored and managed according to Quality and BIM procedures.
  • Facilitate document reviews and approvals.

What do we need from you

  • Third Level Business Administration qualification, or related field.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with skills adaptable to new software (training provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but core skills can be developed with training provided.
