About the Role

We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Associate to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Support Project Management team by maintaining office filing systems, both electronic and physical, calendars and schedule; arranging meetings, appointments, conferences, teleconferences and transportation to ensure easy access to important documents
  • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics as required by supervisor
  • Assist in project activities and tasks as needed
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular project reports and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to the management of optimize workflow procedures in the project as necessary upon management request
  • Manage correspondences, daily / weekly / monthly meeting and agenda and invitation. Represent Egis in project meetings. Take notes, provide and distribute Minutes of Meeting.
  • Partially monitor or participate in project cost control activities.
  • Communication and Coordination with Partner, Client, Project Site office, back office and Egis headquarter
  • Manage the establishment of process/procedures for project and document controls
  • Manage, develop and maintain an effective filing system
  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems
  • Preparing the purchasing/ procuring supplies, equipment and services related to the project activities in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions
  • Keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and back up work
  • To execute day-to-day tasks as per general administrative functions (not limited administrative operations)
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Administrative and Service Support Manager

What do we need from you

  • At least hold Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related fields
  • Entry level experience in administrative role or other related fields
  • Strong Communication and good coordinator skill
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential
  • Good command of English and Thai
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is necessary
  • Problem solving skills
  • Highly responsible and working under high pressure also strong coordination
