About the Role

We are seeking an organized and efficient Administration Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties and expense reporting
  • Greet visitors and handle initial inquiries with a professional demeanor
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings

What do we need from you

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
  • Adaptability to learn new software and systems as required
