About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform engineering design works such as detail drawings and specifications;
Assist in tender preparation;
Liaise with project teams, clients, government, architects, contractors in project implementation;
Monitor the works of E&M sub-contractors and suppliers on site.
What do we need from you
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Building Services/ Mechanical / Electrical engineering or related discipline with 2-10 years of related working experience;
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, BIM;
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
Experience with consultancy firm will be an advantage;
Candidate with professional qualification (CEng, MHKIE) will be an advantage;
Candidate with more than 6 years’ consultancy firm experience will be considered as senior position;
