We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AVIT & Security Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced audio-visual integration technology (AVIT) systems while ensuring robust security measures across our organization's IT infrastructure.
Design and implement large-scale AVIT systems that meet organizational needs and industry standards
Develop and maintain IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AVIT solutions with existing IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot complex AVIT and security issues, providing timely resolutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AVIT and IT security
Develop and maintain documentation for AVIT systems and security procedures
Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in AVIT and IT security
Manage and oversee AVIT and security projects from conception to completion
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in AVIT and security engineering
Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale AV systems
Strong knowledge of IT security systems, network security protocols, and cybersecurity best practices
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing IT security projects
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex AVIT and security issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency and organization
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to stay current with emerging trends in AVIT and IT security
