About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager – Architecture to lead and implement quality assurance and quality control processes across our architectural design projects. The role will ensure that all deliverables meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations, while driving continuous improvement in design quality and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for architectural design deliverables
  • Conduct design reviews at all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC)
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international design standards
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, ID, etc.) to ensure design integrity
  • Lead internal audits and manage quality documentation in line with ISO standards
  • Identify design risks, inconsistencies, and non-conformities; propose corrective actions
  • Support project teams in resolving technical and quality-related issues
  • Establish and monitor quality KPIs across projects
  • Provide training and guidance to architectural teams on QA/QC best practices
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on quality-related matters when required

What do we need from you

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
  • 12–18 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a QA/QC or design review role
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi and UAE building codes, authority regulations, and international standards
  • Experience with large-scale and complex projects (mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, etc.)
  • Proven experience in implementing QA/QC systems and procedures

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Membership in a recognized professional body (RIBA, AIA, etc.)
