We are looking for a mobility and urban transport manager whose main responsibilities will be:

•    Maintain customer relationships at the following levels: commercial, strategic, tactical and operational.
•    Manage the team through its strategic direction.
•    Control the profitability and financial health of contracts, through the analysis of the elements Cost x Term x Quality.
•    Responsible for maintaining the profitability of the department.
•    Responsible for relationships with corporate managers, to define processes and best practices.
•    Responsible for business risk management at the Mobility & Urban units.
•    Sales development and pipeline building.
•    Full tender preparation (technical, price, contractual).
•    Responsible for defining ESG (Environment, Social Responsibility and Governance) policies and implementations of Road contracts.
•    Provide managerial support in the career development of employees in your area, such as encouraging participation in and requesting technical training.

•    Graduation in Engineering with specialization in IT, ITS, Mobility, Urban or Smart City solutions
•    Desirable minimum professional experience of 15 years, having undergone progression.
•    Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX in Mobility &/Or Urban Operations and their optimization
•    Availability for travel within Brazil
•    Updated knowledge of technologies in the area
•    CREA Active
•    CRM and Advanced Excel, MS Office
•    Desirable Behavioral Skills: oral and written communication, planning and organization, systemic vision, sense of detail, integrity, proactivity, critical sense, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, leadership, flexibility and ability to work under pressure."
•    English Advanced & Portuguese native (fluent)
•    Act according our global and local compliance & ethical policy
