Delivery Deputy Director

The Delivery Deputy Director oversees the entire development process for the primary and/or distribution infrastructure projects belonging to his portfolio with the following responsibilities: 
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all project activities.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall program goals.
• Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure seamless project delivery and assist the Client in stakeholder management
•  Monitor project progress, addressing high-level issues and risks, and resolving bottlenecks to maintain timelines.
• Drive day-to-day delivery management of infrastructure projects.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients and consultants, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Ensure consultant deliverables align with program requirements and timelines.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure development, construction management, and urban planning
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent skills in budgeting, financial management, and risk management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in infrastructure development
• Willingness to relocate to AlUla, Saudi Arabia
